Unique management master class, which revealed systematic introduction of the innovation program in the Colombian corporation Grupo Bolivar with 15000 employees (the group of companies includes financial, insurance and construction sectors). SIX cases of new product development that can be used on the Ukrainian market were presented during the master class.
Master class "Ideation – the Unique Method of Innovation in FMCG" by Andre de Barros Teixeira – the former President of Coca-Cola Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, the President of the eemPOK company, which specializes in consulting in the field of innovation (Brussels, Belgium).
Master class "Tools of Systematic Inventive Thinking in Action. The counter-intuitive way for problem solving" by Idit Biton – Vice-President of Marketing at SIT (Tel Aviv, Israel). SIT – the new approach to generating ideas and creating innovation based on the study and transformation of existing products.
Master class "How to Bring Good Ideas to Become Solid Viable Businesses?" by Joao Pedro Montes and Joao Perre Viana – managing partners and owners of the LeonardShop company (Lisbon, Portugal). Both the speakers havee 15 years experience in general management, strategy, marketing, expanding companies in the international market.
Presentation "The Future will be Bright! Tracking Singularity University. Presentation of the Five Technologies That Will Completely Change the World in the Nearest 50 Years" by Ivetta Delicatnaya, Leader of the TALENTari Project (corporate university) of the communications holding company Atlantic Group (Kyiv, Ukraine), participant of the Executive Program of Singularity University.
Singularity University – a unique interdisciplinary university located in the campus of NASA in Silicon Valley. Participants of the university programs are the world's largest investors and businessmen, professors – Nobel laureates and famous inventors.
Also, the organizers of the Forum initiated an interesting discussion "Economical Innovation: in Search of Blue Oceans" which was lead by Pavlo Sheremeta, President of Blue Ocean Strategy Institute (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). The panellists discussed what innovations are needed in Ukraine.
Ukrainian and foreign speakers presented many practical cases during two days of the Forum.
Mikhail Chernyak, Head of Trendwatching Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine), introduced ecotrend in detail in his report "Trendwatching – Trend Search and Analysis".
Irina Gubar, Managing Partner of International Networks of TASK and TMI in Ukraine, Director of "KMK Business Training" (Kyiv, Ukraine), presented the case of the American online store selling shoes Zappos, which had become popular thanks to innovative solutions in service.
Alexandra Baklanova, Partner of pro.mova and Consultant on Strategy (Kyiv, Ukraine), introduced innovative approach to the new product development on the example of antiseptic Manorm.
Elena Kropivyanskaya, Director of Personnel and Organizational Development at Kyivstar (Kyiv, Ukraine), spoke about building an innovation culture in the company.
Egor Anchishkin, an entrepreneur in the field of software deveopment, the founder of the Viewdle company (2006, "The best startup in Europe") and GVMachines (2010, www.zakaz.ua) shared the tools for creating innovation in small teams (Kyiv, Ukraine).
Galina Kashcheeva, Marketing Director at Fast Food Systems (Kyiv, Ukraine), introduced new projects of the Pizza Celentano chain of restaurants for Yuppie Segment (Young, UPwardly-mobile Professional).
